STARTER PACK NEWSLETTER/EZINE PRODUCTION
This is a package for businesses who have not used a customized electronic newsletter in their business before. Please note that a membership account with a newsletter system, such as Aweber, Constant Contact, is required and payable by the client. This entitles the client to have sole ownership of this account and that this account will not be used for any other client’s work.
- Brainstorming of suitable topics for the newsletter
- Set up of a suitable template and customization (color scheme, etc.)
- Client provides newsletter text
- PA Excellence suggests suitable images. These images may need to be purchased from suppliers of royalty-free, high quality images, if the client agrees. Some newsletter systems, such as Constant Contact, supply a large picture gallery, but this is often reflected in a higher membership fee
- Newsletter will be set up in Constant Contact or Aweber
- Tracking of newsletter statistics (opening rate, delete rate, etc.)
EZINE MAINTAINER
This is a package for businesses who already have a newsletter template set up in a popular system, such as Constant Contact or Aweber, and want this template updated each month/week/fortnight for their newest ezine issue.
- The text has to be supplied by the client without the need of editing
- PA Excellence suggests suitable images (sometimes images need to be purchased from suppliers of royalty-free, high quality images (e.g. istockphotos.com), but this will be discussed before any purchases are made
- Tracking of newsletter statistics
- Copywriting options available
NEWSLETTER OPTIONAL EXTRAS
There may be some extra details and tasks that need to be taken care of. Underneath are potential tasks you would like to add to your chosen package:
- Entering of client list into newsletter system if no database system has been set up previously
- Proofreading of the newsletter text supplied by client
- Editing of newsletter text supplied by client (e.g. client supplies fragmented text or bullet points only and would like these transformed into a proper newsletter article)
